• 75 minute training sessions
• Day 1 athleticism testing with continued progress tracking
• Athlete questionnaire to learn each athlete’s goals, sport, position, injury history, and areas they want to improve
• Speed, strength, agility, mobility, and injury-prevention focused training
• Training designed to improve overall athleticism and confidence
• Small-group coaching with individualized attention
